What do you think about when you think of a nice and expensive laptop? A thin Mac book? A sleek LG gram? The world’s thinnest laptop? Or do you think about a heavy, thick, and pro-gaming laptop? If you think about this, how far are you willing to go? Are you willing to go so thin that you can’t do anything because your laptop is powerful?
Everything is a trade-off: thin vs. power, light vs. power, or screen bezels vs. resolution. Most laptops are now specifically a niche, right? Look at the Mac-Books, in 2016 the Mac-book was sleek and new. If you put a 2016 Mac-book pro next to a 2018 Mac-book pro you most likely wouldn’t be able to tell them apart.
So, before buying your laptop, think what do you want to use your laptop for. Consider all possibilities, even if it is outside of your comfort zone.
